Ideal Square Business Park, Toronto

Ideal Square is a 10-acre commercial retail complex next to Scarborough Convention Centre. The site consists of two parcels, each approximately 11 acres in size, created from a previously approved Plan of Subdivision. Both parcels are currently vacant, having been used historically as farmland. 

Morningside Ave bounds the site to the East, Neilson Road to the South, a Canadian Pacific Railway line to the West, and another vacant Business Park parcel to the North. This Ideal Square Business Park will consist of 1,000-30,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, 1,000-24,000 square feet of premium office space and a 40,000 sq.ft. Banquet Hall.
